* Vitamin A is an essential antioxidant which helps maintain healthy skin and helps support healthy immune system function. 
* Vitamin D helps calcium absorption into the bones. A diet deficient in calcium can lead to Osteoporosis in later life.

* Product Claims: No added sucrose, glucose, yeast, lactose, gluten, wheat, corn salt, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Warnings:
* The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinal equivalents for men.
* If symptoms persist, seek the advice of a healthcare professional.

* If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.

* providing Vitamin A 300mcgRE
* Colecalciferol: (Vitamin D3) 2.5mcg (100IU)

* Allergen Free From: Wheat

Directions: 
* Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules once a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.
* Children 4 - 12 years: Take 1 capsule a day (pierce and squeeze into milk, juice or cereal), or as professionally prescribed.
* Children under 4 years: Only as professionally prescribed.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
* Store below 30°C in a dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
