Product Introduction & Features:
* Blossom Manuka Honey comes from the pristine bush and coastal areas of the Northern New South Wales coast in Australia.

* Manuka Honey is graded according to strength. The anti-bacterial level is determined by the amount of Methylglyoxal (MGO). The higher the MGO the greater the anti-bacterial activity. The +550 strength can also be used typically for minor wounds.

* Unique Manuka Factor (UMF) is another commonly used term to describe anti-bacterial activity.

AS A GUIDE THE CONVERSION WOULD BE :
* +550 MGO mg/kg = Active 25+
* +250 MGO mg/kg = Active 15+
* +120 MGO mg/kg = Active 10+
* +30 MGO mg/kg = Active 5+
