Return Policy

     HYCAST is committed to providing the widest and best quality range of health & sports supplements, personal-care and food & beverage products from Australia, to help you as our prestigious customer to foster healthy, prosperous & happy life.

 

     One of the important services to you is to fulfil your orders and deliver your ordered products at the most efficient       and customer-friendly way. However, after you receive the products and would like to return, please refer to the         following return policy.

 

1. We will NOT accept return or exchange request if the packing or cover of the product items are already opened by you.   

2. Conditions for return or exchange

We accept return request, ONLY

-       If the products delivered to you are not what you order from our online shop (wrong items).

-       If the products and/or the packing are damaged or opened when you receive the delivery.

3.  Return or exchange time limit and procedure

-       You have to submit your return request within 48 hours after you receive the delivery

-       You can submit your return request by sending an email (Customer Support email address: hycast926@gmail.com) or by sending WhatsApp message to our company mobile phone (70722438) with all following related information:

o   Reasons for return or exchange request (better to include photos of the affected products)

o   Order Acknowledgement/Invoice and Delivery Note 

4.  Our Follow-up Actions & Services

-       We will look into the case and respond to your request within 3 working days.

-       If the delivered products are wrong items or damaged or packing is opened upon your receipt, we would provide     one of the following 3 choices for you and arrange to take back the affected product items:

o   We would arrange to re-deliver the right products in good and valid conditions within 7 working days without any additional charge. OR

o   We would allow you to use the same net value/price to choose other products (with 5% special one-time discount), if the issue (wrong or damaged products) is caused by us. OR

o   We would arrange a refund to you based on your final net price, including delivery cost, paid by you, if you choose to cancel the order.

 

We will do our best to avoid wrong delivery or products damaged during delivery. If it really happens, your satisfaction and happiness is our top priority. So, we will handle the return requests per your choice as soon as possible, so that you have full confidence to buy from our online shop with a few clicks on your computer or mobile device from home or basically from anywhere.
